240,000 Russians are in France.  A Russian War Office official who sent them from Archangel in the Lusitania and other boats told Daddy and Uncle Will also.  We have made the German right flank retreat from Paris, and everything seems brighter at present.  We saw a train-load of recruits pass through Kings Norton.
