HMS Bulwark was blown up at Sheerness a day or two ago in the morning.
Between 700 and 800 were killed and about 20 saved. Folkestone and round about are being fortified so that the Germans cannot land if they try. Daddy said yesterday that today would be a most important day and the back of the war would be broken (of course we should win).
