BIRMINGHAM LIGHTING PROSECUTIONS.
Ninety-five Birmingham residents, shopkeepers, and manufacturers were before the magistrates in the Third and Fourth Courts of Birmingham Police to-day for failing to obscure their lights. Fines varying from 5s. to 40s. were imposed.
