BIRMINGHAM CENTENARIAN.
Mrs. Elizabeth Hyde, who is an inmate of Western-road House, Birmingham, attained her 100th birthday on Sunday last, and yesterday received a message of congratulation from the King.
Mrs. Hyde was born on the Alexandra Mary in the Welsh docks on the 24 September, 1816, and her birthday on Sunday was marked by a special tea party to the old inmates, given by the chariman of the committee. Mrs. Hyde is in good health.
