OLD PEOPLE ENTERTAINED
The fourteenth Ladywood old people’s tea and entertainment took place at the school rooms of the Ladywood United Methodist Church P.S.A. Close, Monument-road. Nearly 100 old people being present. After tea a concert was given by Mr. J. Davis and Mr. Vian’s Concert Party, which included selections on the violin by Mr. H. Lineker, gramophone selections by Miss Freeman. Each guest, upon leaving, received an acceptable present.
