The proclamation calling up youths of 18 was posted in Birmingham to-day. Men in Group “A” and Class “A” born in 1898 must report within 15 days from the date of the proclamation (30 January), and those in Group “B” and Class “B” born in 189 within 30 days from the date on which they attain the age of 18.
