SMALL HEATH SHOOTING CASE.
John Alfred Wiggett, a tall, well-dressed youth, looking considerably older than his fifteen years, was again before the magistrates in the Birmingham Children’s Court to-day, charged with discharging a pistol in Coventry Road, thereby occasioning actual bodily harm to Laura Gibbons, 11, Langley Grove, Langley Road. Defendant was described as a clerk, of 20, Victoria Avenue, Lawden Road. On the application of Detective-sergeant Collins, the case was adjourned for a fortnight, to enable the girl attend the Court and give evidence.
