DUDLEY MAN’S CRUELTY TO A HORSE
At Dudley Police Court, yesterday, John Hobbs (56), 53, Birmingham Street, was fined £4, and ordered to pay the veterinary surgeon’s fee of a guinea, for cruelty to a horse by working it while suffering from sores on the shoulders which were rubbed by the collar. It was stated that he had been previously fined 40s. for cruelty to the same horse.
