DOG BISCUITS
FOOD CONTROLLER GIVES PERMISSION FOR THEIR MANUFACTURE
Mr O. R. Johns, secretary of the National Canine Defence League, states that Lord Davenport has given permission for the manufacture of a very limited quantity of dog biscuits of a low-grade kind in which the materials are those not used for human food.
