BIRMINGHAM GIRL HOUSEBREAKERS
COMMITTED FOR TRIAL
Nellie Newton (18), 1, Priestley Place, Main Street, Sparkbrook, and Florence Hodgetts (16), 1, back 81, Charles Henry Street, pleaded guilty in the First Court of Birmingham Police to-day to breaking into the house of Henry Tyler, 99, Kenelm Road, Small Heath, on August 2, and stealing therefrom a gold wristlet watch, a diamond ring, a gold pendant and chain, and other articles, to the value of £30.
They were committed to take their trial at the next Birmingham Sessions. Bail was allowed.
