IN MEMORY OF THE DEAD.
In connection with the Discharged Sailors and Soldiers’ Federation a memorial service was held last night in the Dyson Hall, Aston, for those killed the war. The band of the institution assembled at Aston Cross and with a number men marched to the hall, where a large congregation had assembled. The service was conducted the Rev. Y. D. Stewart, and Lay Chaplain Dr Smith gave the address.
