“CROWN AND ANCHOR”
Albert Samuel Rose (38), 54 court, 4 house, Bellbarn Road, and Joseph Small (35), 42, King’s Road, King’s Heath, were each fined £5 by the Birmingham stipendiary to-day for playing “crown and anchor” on the St Andrew’s Football Ground, Birmingham, on Saturday afternoon. Small described himself as an Australian munition worker.
