Toc-H is an international charity and membership movement that emerged from a soldiers’ club in Poperinge, Belgium during World War I.
Dr Linda Parker, Trustee of Toc-H and biographer of its founder, Tubby Clayton, gives this lecture to celebrate the centenary year of the Toc-H movement.
Dr Parker’s talk will focus on the history of the Toc-H movement, illustrated with material from the Toc-H archives, which are held in the Cadbury Research Library.
The talks accompanies a small exhibition of Toc-H material in the Main Library foyer opening on Monday 7 September.
