Care Link West Midlands is a charitable organization based in Smethwick, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The group delivers a number of activities to the refugee community locally. Among the projects we are currently running at the moment is a research study which engages local communities to uncover the story of African and West Indian soldiers who served during the Great War and whose descendants now live in the Black Country.
