SIX MAGISTRATES; FIVE DEFENDANTS.

There were six magistrates sitting at the Birmingham Police Court today to try five persons. Three of the five men were before the Court as absentees from military service, and the other two were charged with disobeying maintenance orders. All the cases were promptly disposed of.
